Sometimes, summer is a turning point for highly qualified employees who have a permanent job. Indeed, in the summer, the business activity of workers falls and they have time to analyze their current work, to view other vacancies. Very often, the desire for change and new sensations leads to a change of place of employment.

In the summer there is a very rich selection of vacancies, because many people in the summer decide to repair their houses, buy a lot of clothes, accessories, various accessories for a trip on vacation and so on. In summer, demand for sales managers, sellers, sales agents, system administrators increases. Of course, in most cases, such vacancies are temporary, but, nevertheless, bring a lot of benefits for those who for the first time want to try themselves in something new.

But when looking for work in the summer, you need to be very careful, because sometimes small enterprises and firms try to use temporary vacancies to their advantage. They hire probationary employees. As a rule, the probationary period is either not paid or paid, but only much less than the usual salary. At the end of the probationary period, the employee is simply informed of his low qualifications or other reasons why they cannot hire him. Thus, companies and small enterprises close temporary vacancies at no special cost.
